Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States. For other international destinations, stay tuned! We're working on expanding globally soon.

How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $50.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited option is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We want you to love your Plana. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@workyourmargin.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Are returns free?

We offer free returns for defective or damaged products. For all other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Can I exchange for a different color or size?

Absolutely! Reach out to us and we’ll help coordinate an exchange, subject to product availability.

Order Issues

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at hello@workyourmargin.com with your corrected address.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What now?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right either with a replacement or a refund.

Are items ever restocked once they sell out?

Yes, popular colors and formats are restocked regularly. If a specific item is sold out, you can sign up to be notified when it’s back.

Do you offer bulk orders or corporate gifting?
